The Customer Service Department provides helpful, friendly service to custodial parents, absent parents, employers and various organizations in the community.    

You can call the agency at 740-455-7146 and select option 4 and a Call Center Representative can help you with the following:

Address change

Employment change

Payment history

Income verification

Payment Questions

For information regarding your most recent payment or balance due, you can call 1-800-860-2555.  You can also call our agency at 740-455-7146 and select option 1.

 Please do not call the agency regarding your payment unless it is 10 days late.

WEB PORTAL INFORMATION

***NEW*** The Child Support web portal is now available.  You now have instant access to your child support case information.  Customers can log in to the Child Support Customer Service portal from the Office of Child Support (OCS) internet home page at http://www.jfs.ohio.gov/ocs/ or the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) internet home page at http://jfs.ohio.gov/.
