Partner Responsibilities

According to Section 662.230 of The Workforce Investment Act... the responsibilities of our Partners are...

• Making available thru the Muskingum County Opportunity Center system appropriate Core Services that are applicable to the partner's program 
• Using a portion of funds available to the partner's program, to the extent not inconsistent with Federal Law authorizing the program, to create and maintain the Muskingum County Opportunity Center delivery system and to provide Core Services 
• Entering into an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the operation of the Muskingum County Opportunity Center system 
• Participating in the operation of the Muskingum County Opportunity Center system 
• Providing representation on the Local Board
